TH Fans,
We are very concerned about the situation that has happened the last few days. The song "Ya nada es igual" is an adaptation to spanish from a song written by David Jost, Dave Roth, Patrick Benzer, Peter Hoffman and with a collaboration from the very same Bill and Tom Kaulitz, which original title is 100 Meere.

The song was leaked to the internet through our website about two weeks ago by people unrelated to the band, our site was hacked and we didn't have control of if, that's why someone with a bad intention and with the only goal of causing drama achieved his/her purpose.

All we can do right now is send this message through Myspace, because thanks to your myspace page we were able to recover our password. As soon as we were able to log in to our account, we deleted the material from our myspace since the authorization license is still in process. It's important to say that Pasaporte do not have any access our account to Youtube.

It was never our intention to affect or get anybody mad, or cause any type of controversy. Our work has always been honest and we're in favor of respecting copyrighted material.

We do not agree or appreciate the comments of some TH fans but we understand where they're coming from, the end of all this is not something that benefits any of the parts involved. The license of authorization for Nada Es Igual is sitll in proces, we've been in contact with TH's management since various weeks ago.

Pasaporte is concious about the Federal Law of Author Rights and we have never violated any article of such lay. pwrpuffgrl's note: in Mexico, we do not have copyright per se, we have Author Rights and an association that protects author's material

We hope this situation has been cleared up, we are counting with your support and we hope you trust in Pasaporte's work.
